Abi Stephens is a global TV Sports Broadcaster and Leadership Performance Coach.

She’s been front and centre of major sporting tournaments; from Olympic Games, sell out boxing events to Rugby World Cups. In motorsport, her experience is particularly vast and varied; hosting MotoGP, The World Rally Championship and currently, all things Speedway for Warner Bros. Discovery.

Abi’s warmth and energy shines through on screen. Her skill is her instinctive ability at getting right to the heart of the matter. Eliciting those compelling human stories, which bring the sport and its personalities to life so that we care that little bit more.

As a Performance Coach, Abi draws on her world, presenting live under pressure, to help leaders in sport and business unleash their confidence and transform their impact. Her clients include; Formula 1, Pfizer, Pizza Express as well as L’Oréal, with whom she co-created IGNITE; a groundbreaking programme elevating women in leadership.

Away from the camera, Abi has run countless marathons, including the prestigious Boston marathon, proof positive of her true grit and determination to test herself off screen. She frequently collaborates with elite, high profile athletes such as Premier League footballers, Olympic gold medalists and Rugby World Cup winners, sharing the invaluable lessons sport can teach us all.
